DIA Diagram Editor For Linux

One of activities that i do is drawing network map or drawing electric circuit. When I use OS Windows XP and others, for draw that map i use Microsoft Visio. And i love to use it because it’s easy.

Now, when i use Ubuntu as OS in my computer, i have to find application like Visio. And i found DIA. What is DIA ? DIA DIAGRAM EDITOR is an application that lets us create and edit technical diagrams plans. Like Visio, its also give us many tools. DIas has all we need to produce a precise or professional-looking graphic. For your information i use DIA in my Ubuntu and Gnome as a X-Window.

DIA was originally developed by Alexander Larsson, and has mad many contributors. Lars Clause is the man who maintain and develop it on Linux. If you use Windows, you can also use it, because it has been maintain for Win32 by Hans Breuer and Steffen Macke.

DIA can export diagrams to various formats including the following formats :
